Wales Music Group is based in Wales but works with  bands from all over the UK and beyond. Artists of any genre are offered management, promotion and publicity including showcase events to the music industry. Our aim is to help bands to be more successful with development and support. Individual attention is given to your stage presence and image but it's not just the way you look and dress, attitude is vital. Most Artists are more concerned with the creative side of their craft, record companies are looking for that ready to go finished package.

Our objective is to get your music heard by as wide an audience as possible to gain the artist exposure, providing assistance with music demo submissions and the promotion of your material to record labels.

We accept all genre types, but we do have standards and can't take every artist on that contacts us.

We have a reputation of telling it as it is and setting  realistic goals, we won't mislead you in any way and lead you up the garden path.

Our interest is with you the artist and that means getting you seen and heard by the public and music industry, but we do state we are only as good as the bands we represent. Which brings us on to the next point, it takes hard work and dedication on your part, not many bands are lucky enough to find stardom overnight. For most, it's a marathon not a sprint.

Jen Meola has a passion to discover, market & promote music to the masses.
With over 10 years of experience in the Music/Entertainment industry she has helped develop & break bands.
 
Jen Meola began her career at NYU's college Radio Station (WNYU) where she was an on air DJ/ Producer & Promotions Director.  Upon graduating NYU with a B.A. in Film/TV, Jen was offered a job at Roadrunner Records.  During her 6 years as Director of Radio Promotions at Roadrunner Records she was involved with launching the careers of such Multi Platinum artists as Nickelback & Slipknot.
 
As Director of A&R at M+TV an online music network, Jen Meola produced / hosted live programs & concert events that showcased artists from all over the world. She was responsible for scouting new talent & booking them on the music network.  Throughout her career she has helped many local & unsigned bands get national exposure.
 
Jen Meola is the Creator, Executive Producer & Host of ROCK THIS, a music video show that she started back in 1999. Jen continues to film new episodes today that showcase up & coming bands from all over the world.
